1. Can I return my order after it has reached me?
We have a hassle-free return policy that lets you can return any product you purchased within 10 days. The product needs to be unopened and in the original manufacturer packaging.
2. What is the procedure to return a product?
Just call our customer care and we’d be happy to assist you by arranging a return pickup by one of our shipping partners. Simple, isn’t it?
3. Are there specific conditions under which the product returns may be rejected?
Product has been used and or is not in its original condition
Product has been returned without its original packaging
Product was damaged after use/opening.
Missing product/manufacturer tags
The product has been perfumed or has been stained.
Please note, the returns that do not comply with the above will be send back you so please be careful and check the above before returning.
5. Which products can’t be returned?
We do not accept returns of innerwear, lingerie, socks, cosmetics, perfumes, deodorants, fashion accessories for hygiene reasons.
We also do not accept items in which the original packing has been tampered/opened.
4. What is the resolution offered in case of returns?
We will provide a full refund. We encourage our customers to have a freedom to choose what they would like to buy again and hence do not offer exchange on returns.

7. How much time will it take to receive a refund?
Usually we process a refund within 3 working days on receiving and inspecting of the item. Depending on the bank/credit card issuer it may take an additional 2-3 working days.
